Beschreibung
This study, using a quantitative design, will investigate whether professional development programs in four school districts are relevant, job-embedded thereby supporting teachers growth. The study will investigate the relevance of professional development to teachers job-embedded activities, the degree to which embedded professional development opportunities are beneficial to teacher and student growth, and whether job-embedded professional development activities are supported to improve teachers practices.

Audrey Cypress received her B.S. in Special Education from Norfolk State University. She earned her Masters and Post-Masters in Curriculum and Instruction and Educational Leadership from Virginia Commonwealth University. She received her doctorate in Educational Leadership from Virginia State University.
