The book comprises thirteen chapters in all. Chapter one deals with the fundamental terms on test, measurement and evaluation in education. So as to serve as illustrative approach to the new and old readers in the field of educational evaluation. Other chapters deals extensively with areas like test construction and validation, continuous assessment, non parametric and parametric statistical methods in evaluation, scale of measurement, examination related issues, public examination and examination malpractices in tertiary institutions especially among the anglophone countries of the world. Also the book deals with the relevance of test and measurements to the needs of teachers in training and tertiary institution.
Autorenporträt
Dr. Olalere Oyentunji Olaewe is a product of Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife where he read Science Education and Universities of Ilorin and Ibadan respectively. Dr. Olaewe O. O. obtained his Ph. D from international centre for Educational Evaluation, Institute of Education, University of Ibadan, Nigeria. He is a senior research fellow.
