The whole world is floating over information technology. The process of globalization obviously requires two things. One is the use of technology and another is the use of a common language that is English, a global language. A lot of students completing Diploma in Engineering courses under technical education system are getting less scope in the global job market as well as they are facing obstacles for pursuing higher studies for the betterment of life to be skilled human resources due to inefficiency and weakness in English language. Much more attention on the scopes and opportunities in the diploma engineering sector of the global job market was not given in the past. This book depicts the matter of demanding different aspects of education, human resource, training, skill development, job opportunities both nationally and internationally for the diploma engineers and diploma graduates. This research is especially aiming to find out the present status of Communicative learning English in the technical education system of the country as well as the existing situation of the access of opportunities for Diploma Engineers in the global job market.
