This book sheds the lights on the challenges teachers face on their professional path. It explores the causes, effects and ways of improving work-related stress for teacher health and well-being. Writing is painting with words as it represents a picture of an individual's perception of the world. Another research paper presented in this book will analyze the literature in the field of writing and observe thinking process behind texts experienced by students that will give the reader inside out knowledge of the cognitive processes of writing not only through theory but also proved by empirical study of thinking-aloud protocols.

Teaching Professional Experience: March 2016 - present, at IBSU School of Languages, Ilia State University and English Book in Georgia. She has presented research papers at International Research Conferences. She has won the literary competitions in creative writing.
