Special TVET methodology and approaches emphasize the method and approaches of training and the specialty of the training delivery in TVET colleges. This book provides the theoretical knowledge and practical experiences in the delivery of TVET education and skill required in the ICT sector. Especially this book is published to provide a basic skill and knowledge on special TVET methodology and approaches to help ICT-sector teachers how to teach their course at different levels of occupation. The book also provides a basic methodology and different training approaches that are special to TVET programs. It offers a variety of approaches that may be used in teaching/ training/ competencies at a different level and also it provides guidelines on how to use active learning strategies in the classroom. Generally, this book provides basic knowledge to know features of vocational education and training, to understand the concepts of active learning methods, to recognize the feature of methods of teaching in TVET, and to know the applications of teaching skills and strategies in TVET.

Mr. Aschalew Sibani has a BSc. in Applied Computer science and an MSc. in Information Technology Management. His first and second degree were from Adama Science & Technology University School of Engineering and Information technology.
