Principals play pivotal roles and functions in the life of school organizations. This book documents a research of Nunavut Educational Leadership program that prepares and develops principals for schools in Nunavut, Canada.The research demonstrates the tensions and challenges in designing and delivering such development program in a cross-cultural environment to fulfill the educational aspirations of the indigenous Inuit of that territory. Autorenporträt
Eric Fredua-Kwarteng is a Canadian citizen. He migrated to Canada in 1987 and calls Ontario his home, though he had lived in other provinces. Eric has worked as a high school mathematics teacher, principal, educational consultant and community volunteer. He holds a doctoral degree in educational administration and policy from University of Toronto.
