The position of a Human resource manager (HR manager) in any organization is strategic for effectively managing human resources and add value to the business objectives of the Organization. This book will examine the relevance of a human resource strategic partner (HR strategic partner) in an organization, especially in a Sports Apparel Organization. This work will take into considerations the organizations business strategy and strategic orientation and will suggest measure for it to succeed in the light of available possible external threats and opportunities. Further, the work will highlight on legal issues its role in strategic HR how it contributes to organizations performance and in addition, a detailed and comprehensive plan on how to address specifically each core HR function. In addition the work will suggest how a firm should practically prepare with challenges and presented opportunities involved with diversity, e-HRM and managing human resources internationally.
