The integrated management model is practical and efficient for day spas in Thailand to use for both return on investment and environmental concerns. It encompasses finance, training, new development, customers' satisfactions, quality of spa products, internal service procedures, staffs' welfare / benefits / satisfaction, alliance and collaboration with other businesses and sustainability. The researcher made use of both qualitative and quantitative research methodologies to obtain information and data from the day spa operators and day spa customers who participated in this study.
