Beschreibung

In this book, Healthcare Monitoring System using Aneka Cloud platform has been proposed. It provides storing, accessing and processing of EHRs of the patients in Cloud by using the internet. In times of emergency, it alerts the emergency vehicle, doctors and family members.Next, This book mainly focuses on EHRs security requirements for storing, searching, accessing, sharing and auditing in CHMS. In this book, SSE and ABE techniques have been used for storing, searching and accessing of EHRs efficiently and securely. Next, secure sharing of EHRs with authorized users is the foremost objective of CHMS. The CP-ABE technique is best for sharing EHRs, but this CP-ABE technique leads to two issues, i.e., Key Escrow and User Revocation. Two-Authority Key Generation technique and immediate attribute revocation have been used to solve these two issues. Incorrect health data may lead to threat of an individual's life. So, auditing of EHRs integrity is also one of the requirements of CHMS. In auditing task, the public auditors may reveal the EHRs. Fine-grained auditing and CP-ABE scheme have been used to perform the EHRs integrity auditing in a secured way.
