Dr. Karen Miranda-Fernandez is an Associate Professor and Head of Imus Institute College of Hotel, Restaurant, and Tourism Management in the Philippines. She is also a visiting professor in different universities in Asia. She has presented research papers and served as chair & reviewer in a number of academic conferences all over the world.
