Seeking and sustaining a job is very difficult for degree holders. Learners are dropping out at colleges often. Having less rapport with both fellow learners and teachers. Multicultural and Multi linguistic leads the students on the edge of wall. Indian students have lack of soft skills at academic level. Bilingual-Tamil and Malayalam learners have sufficient interest towards learning English. Their Skills are underpinned with curriculum.
