Consulting means the business of giving expert advice to other professionals in order to improve their economic situation. The Austrian consulting industry is dominated by single-person companies and as every industry, the consulting industry has its specific challenges, which include but are not limited to sales, quality, image, success, expectations and satisfaction. Through the high amount of SMEs this profession is highly personal, therefore the consultant as an Individual is as important as the service, knowledge and quality he offers.

After graduation from a Secondary College for Tourism and Marketing Manuela Eigelsreiter lived and worked in several different countries before she presumed her academic studies. As the fields of her passion, her academic studies also focused on tourism, marketing and management.
