You will learn about what to look out for at the briefing stage, the design stage, the procurement stage and the construction stage to enhance quality delivery of project. You will also learn about the Works Quality Assurance Framework (WQAF) and its impact on quality in project delivery.

Nana Osei-Bonsu currently has masters of philosophy in Procurement Management from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology, Kumasi-Ghana. He also completed Opoku Ware School and KNUST Basic Schools all in Kumasi, Ghana. His academic interest is in Public Procurement Management. He is married to Lois Amoah with one baby girl.
