The Way of the Heart is a path to awakening, which was developed on the basis of the spiritual laws of the Kybalion, the core of the hermetic philosophy. It is thus based on an intellectual tradition, which can be regarded as the source of all wisdom and religion in our world. In The Way of the Heart Gundula Puran Sukh Avenali complements the traditional seven spiritual laws by two more so far only orally transmitted principles and provides practical exercises from Kundalini Yoga as taught by Yogi Bhajan for each of these universal principles. The result is a spiritual path, which if based on a regular and serious practice can transform the awareness and lead to an enhanced perception of reality. The way of the heart enables us to overcome suffering, distress, disease and depression and to live a life of unconditional joy, gratitude and devotion.
