Katia Ricklin explains in "I realize that I realize all there is myself" ways and means that help us to answer the question of the whys in our life. We ourselves are the creators of our reality and can learn to change it for our best.

Born in Samedan (close to St. Moritz) in 1947, Katia Ricklin spent her childhood and youth in Zurich, where she attended school, which she completed with the Matura. She completed her education with a Proficiency degree in Cambridge, and also trained as a secretary in Zurich. After her divorce in 1974, she worked as co-director of Otto Ernst AG until 1988. From 1989 to 1998, she acquired extensive knowledge of Bach Flowers, Tarot, Crystals, and Photography through self-study and offered consultations and courses on these subjects. In 1991 Katia Ricklin received the present texts and pictures by media. In 2017 the impetus for a revision of the manuscript and the publication of the book followed.
