Three dimensional X-ray crystallographic investigations of a novel thiazolidine derivative namely 2-(2-chloro-phenyl)-3-(3,3-diphenyl-propyl)-thiazolidin-4-one worked out. The optimized data of the crystal structure compared with the experimental data. Hirshfeld surface analysis carried out visualize the inter molecular interaction form the molecular surface. Further to correlate structure function relationship MIC and Molecular Docking study is carried out using the Schrodinger software programme.
