This book explain about the possible modes of solid dispersion technique and some of their practical application for solubility enhancement of Rifapentine. This can help to restablish the in vivo - in vitro relationship, and ultimately reduce the dose of drug that may predict the path to overcome the related side effects. the same approach may also be applicable with other drugs of same category to overcome the problem of low solubility.
