Beschreibung
This book contains a study done on simple carbohydrate consumption among children of different age groups belonging to different socio- economic status in Mumbai City. Age groups - 3-6 years, 6-9/9-12 years and 12-15 years were included in the study. Three socio- economic status- low, middle and high were studied and their consumption pattern were seen based on 24 hour diet recall methods. Additional consumption of added simple sugar consumption from biscuits, fruit juices, chocolates, etc were also taken into account and studied.

I, Sonu Mishra completed my Masters in Clinical Nutrition and Dietetics from SNDT University, Mumbai. Currently I have applied for PhD in Nutrition and working as Assistant Professor at Dr BMN College of Home Science. I believe food and Nutrition is the base of everyone's life and thus its related basic concept should me clear.
