Trevor J. Barnes is Professor of Geography and Distinguished University Scholar at the University of British Columbia, Vancouver, Canada. He is the author of more than a 150 journal articles and edited chapters, and the author or editor of a dozen books. Brett Christophers is Professor of Geography at Uppsala University and the author of four previous books including The Great Leveler: Capitalism and Competition in the Court of Law and Banking Across Boundaries: Placing Finance in Capitalism.
