The book simply explains the necessicity of disulphide bonds and why the RNase A should be protected from reduction of disulphide bonds by metosartan. The other effects of RNaseA and its superfamily was also briefly discussed. The inhibitors of RNaseA including metosartan was also discussive. Various agents that reduce and oxidise the enzyme RNase A was also briefly discussed. The role of disulphide bonds in neuro degenerative disorders are briefly explained.

I am now a researcher in Sri Venkateswara University. My research objectives are designing methods and assessment of genome integrity in rats testis and sperm. I have given four presentations all over India and worked extensively on the drug metosartan. I have published 11 international papers in reputed journals and one in national.
