These studies focus on illustrating the importance of modern technology in education. They display the experience of utilizing new forms of technology in blended and online learning to enhance education in general and English language teaching and learning in particular. These experiments that the researcher has conducted with her students at Al- Quds Open University ( QOU) are described and evaluated.

Insaf Abbas is an associate professor working at the English Department at Al-Quds Open University(QOU) in Palestine She previously worked as a teacher of English language and literature courses at other Palestinian universities. She has participated in designing English e courses for blended learning for the English department at QOU.
