Beschreibung
This work explores the idea of using models of the Church to help in an understanding of canonical structures, especially the place of Personal Ordinariates in the contemporary Church. The models proposed by Avery Dulles are used as a benchmark and it is this ecclesiology which is examined in looking at the nature and function of the Church and the practical application in this of the role played by canon law.

Veronica Fulton completed her doctoral thesis at Heythrop College in 2017. She also has an MA in Canon Law and is a Chartered Accountant.
