The problem examined in this research concerns leadership of the Pastoral Epistles and its biblical foundation. This study presents God's evaluation on leadership in the scriptures and how Christian leaders should live, preach, and manage the church. Leadership is a complicated subject in the local church setting. Bernard M. Bass: There are almost as many different definitions of leadership as there are people who have attempted to define the concept. By examining the Pastoral Epistles that was sent to the younger minister Timothy, this book seeks for the biblical framework of pastoral leadership. The book will examine leadership of the Pastoral. It seeks to answer for the following question; What principles of Pastoral Epistles Leadership is Paul teaching to the pastors of our generation in his letter to the young preachers Timothy and Titus? I believe that principle leadership of the Pastoral Epistles is relevant to the modern era. It is stable, being grounded in eternal truth, as well as realistic. It has a cross-cultural basis, a team orientation, a high moral bar and a clear focus on the local church.

Langh Khan Kam Cope Kampi was born in Falam, Chin State, Myanmar. He studied in Tedim Theological College (Myanmar), and Bethel New Life College (India). He continued for another degree, in graduate studies at Korea Christian University pursuing Ph.D. with Theological and the critical theoretical research.
