The author is a Chief Lecturer in the Department of Educational Psychology at Federal College of Education, Nigeria. She has served as head of Department of Psychology for 3 tenures. She has a wealth of experience in research & teaching of psychology courses. She is a self regulated & strategic teacher. Her research interest is on psychopathology.
