Dr Fatih Bal is a Clinical Psychologist who Works for Patients with psychological problems at a hospital in Istanbul in Turkey He is also the founder and executive Principal of the Dr Fatih Bal Special Education and Vocational High School for mentally disabled students He currently works on his research for Speech Language and Education.
