Environmental stress is a is a major problem that influences the behaviour of a person and some times retards it. In this piece of work an attempt has been made to trace the psychological consequence of environmental stress on children and adolescence. In the last intervention strategies have also been given to the needy people. In this way this work has proved its theoretical and empirical significance.

Aradhana Sukla(psy.) is serving. It Kumaun University Campus Almora, studied at Gorakhpur university and BHU and Gorakhpur University. She authored ten books and completed four major research project and two in progress. She presented and published many papers in National and International repute. She is in the editorial board of many journals.
