This program is not an alternative program to do primarily prevention with whole school. On the other hand, this program is thought to be more effective when it is used as an additional practice to whole school approach prevention programs in order to decrease bullying in schools. The effectiveness of this program is examined with an experimental study in school environment. It is found that the program is effective to reduce bullying in schools in intervention in bullying. It is necessary to have the basic knowledge about Cognitive Behavioral Therapy techniques in order to use the applications in this book.
