This book is intended to explore the credibility of a growing field of professionals: Those who are using the active process of improvisation in their consulting practices. It explores the underlying principals of improvisation, and how improvisation is being applied to leadership development and business consulting. Three companies currently conducting trainings using improvisation are interviewed and evaluated by industry experts. These companies are examined based on three components: business best-practices, psychology theory, and their use of improvisation techniques.
