The book represents an investigation in the fields of Moral Philosophy and Bioethics. The red thread that links the different contributions is constituted by a distance from modern thought and the overestimation that, in its arc, this has achieved of the consciential component, to the detriment of the contributions of the corporeity. Three sides are investigated: the Lines of epistemology, in which reference is made, in particular, to the end of life; the issues of clinical bioethics; and finally, the relationship between ethics and contemporary society.
Autorenporträt
Marco Tuono is an expert in Moral Philosophy at the University "Ca' Foscari" of Venice. His investigations are focused on ethics, thematizing the conditions of possibility of a moral subjectivity (in particular analyzing objections to freedom) and addressing questions of application.
