Rafal Maciag is Professor at the Jagiellonian University, a researcher at the Institute of Information Studies, a playwright, and theater artist. He deals with the following issues: theoretical models of knowledge built on the basis of complexity theory, network theory, information in the context of technology, artificial neural networks, especially in the areas of natural language processing, and cyber-physical systems.
