Of course, i learned the important work of the American researcher professor Hammer Darrel D. Two Russians Liberals: The Political Thought of B. N. Chicherin and K. D. Kavelin PHD Diss. Columbia University 1962. I think its historical and philosophical studies the course of this work and the traditions of this distinguished Professor.
