It also discusses about the challenges faced by researchers during fabrication and characterisation of Organic Field Effect Transistor. It gives the exposure about the possible uses of polymer composites useful to form sensory layer in OFET and which can be used for explosive vapour detection.

Dr. Ravishankar S. Dudhe presently working as an Associate Professor in School of Engineering and Information Technology, Manipal University, Dubai and former Head of the Department of Electronics and Telecommunication of Lokmanya Tilak College of Engineering, Mumbai University. He did his M.Tech and Ph.D in Microelectronics from IIT Bombay.
