Beschreibung

Over the few years enormous advancement in medical science urged to envisage the use of right to life in medical practice. The moral laws encoded in Hippocratic oath have been deemed to serve ethical dilemmas in public life. The concept of 'right to life' as understood and practiced in medical practice has aroused million eyebrows. Since the time is heading for multiculturalism and multi nationalism, One Universal or objective moral code cannot be adequate to answer various problems in medical practice. Therefore, the present study aims at excavating an alternative outlook of moral theorizing to solve the dilemma. It thoroughly examines the worth of existing moral theories related to medical practice from multiple cultures like India, China, Africa, etc. It offers moral contextual ism as the panacea for the problems.
