Social exclusion issue is coming up as one of the major problems in the country. It is slowly shaping into a greater size immensely affecting lives of Dalit, which is grave matter of concern for all in the dimension of framing new Nepal. Dalit people not only go through the adjustment problem in a totality of new surrounding but they are also exposed to several other vulnerabilities and scarcities. Dalit inclusion is necessary to observe and analyze development sectors (both government and non-government). The enthusiasm to immediately put into practice what learning became apparent. The development organizations either from government or non-government can track Dalit inclusion issue within their organization to remedy situations immediately. The study entitled "Essence and Challenges of Special Policy Provisions for Dalit Inclusion: An Institutional Analysis of Various Organizations" was carried out to address the inclusion of Dalits for their empowerment and upliftment.

Mr. Nepali is a graduate and post-graduate of Agriculture Science, Public Administration and Sociology respectively, from Tribhuvan University, Nepal. He has published several articles in journal, newspapers and books especially focused on the contemporary issues of Dalit community in Nepal.
