Is all rights attached to a duty? Is there a right for unborn generation? The environmental and economical issues today raises a question of future consideration. This work critically examines John Rawls notion of Intergenerational Justice i.e Just saving principles with a view to create an obligation towards future generation. This work started with a examination of the basic concepts such as Justice, Intergeneration, Intrageneration among others. The work further in discussing John Rawls idea of intergenerational justice alongside with some criticism against it.
