Beschreibung
The Integration of the Ignatian Pedagogical Paradigm in Teaching is consistently felt and appreciated by the students. The teachers are to be commended for this. The consistently high results shows there were observed adequacies in the integration of all the five elements of Ignatian Pedagogical Paradigm, namely: Context, Experience, Reflection, Action and Evaluation. It shows that the students like their teachers and that they recognize the application of Ignatian Pedagogical Paradigm in the learning and teaching process.

Sidelizio Ornai Pereira, SJ, the founding Rector of Instituto São João de Brito, Timor Leste, studied Humanities at the Ateneo de Manila University, Philippines, finished Bachelor of Theology and Master of Theological Studies from the University of Divinity, Melbourne, Australia, and has Master in Education from Xavier University, Philippines.
