AUTOBIOGRAPHYDr (Mrs.) Helen Ngozi Ibe hails from Umuokirika in Ahiazu Mbaise Local Government Area of Imo State, Nigeria. She was born on the 16th day of June, 1964 at Jos, Nigeria. She holds a Ph.D in Measurement and Evaluation, a Ph.D in Curriculum Studies, an M. Sc/M.Ed in Education/Biology, an M. Ed in Curriculum Studies, a B.Sc in Biology.
