Autorenporträt
Howard Abadinsky is professor of criminal justice at St. Johns University. He was an inspector for the Cook County (IL) Sheriffs Office and a New York State parole officer and senior parole Officer. A graduate of Queens College of the City University of New York, he has an M.S.W. from Fordham University and a Ph.D. from New York University. Dr. Abadinsky is the author of several books, including Organized Crime , 10th edition, and Drug Use and Abuse , 8th edition.
