Beschreibung
The book sheds light on the debate and research on childrens rights to date. It draws attention to topics that have been neglected so far and outlines new contours and ethical as well as political challenges of critical childrens rights research that is committed to children as social subjects. To this end, it takes up discussions that are being conducted in the Global South, especially in Latin America.
