The book will be essential in education sector. It will help school administrators in identification of weaker areas in their field of leadership and management. This will enhance performance and address the accessibility and school dropout in primary schools. It will also help educational stakeholders and quality and standards in the Ministry of Education in addressing policy issues in primary education.
Autorenporträt
The Author was born in 1960, went to elementary school in 1974 to 1979 and went to Secondary school in 1980 to 1983. Trained as a P1 teacher from 1990 to 1992, Egerton University for Bachelor of Education Primary option. He later joined University of Kabianga for Masters Degree in Administration Education and is now ongoing PHD student at UOK.
