This work has contributed a lot in evaluating implementation of MDGs in rural Nigeria. I highly recommend it to developers and policy makers in Nigeria and beyond (Dr. E. A. Nwankwo). This is an interested research conducted by one of the experts in the area of community development in Nigeria. The research has really set up a sustainable platform for the actualization of Sustainable Development Goals in Nigeria and some other developing nations of the world (Dr. Ernest Ugwoke).

Dr. Matthias Agboeze is a lecturer in the Department of Adult Education and Extra Mural Studies, University of Nigeria. He specializes in community development and adult literacy education. Matthias has published in learned local and international journals, and attended local and international conferences. He is happily married with five children.
