Catherine Wehlburg, Ph.D., serves as President at Athens State University. She has served in several different roles in her over thirty years of higher education as a tenured full professor, department chair, associate dean, dean, associate provost, and provost. In each of these roles, she has focused on enhancing student learning, strategic decision making, and assessment of learning.
