In the world we have many countries with different people, which living with different culture and languages. They have to communicate to each others. So they can communicate together with common language. Today the common language in the world is English language. The countries have different education systems. So we can find English subjects for students but the levels of learning English in any countries dependent to their Education system. This research goes into the details of what goes into making English Language as a unique language in the world for goes to globalization and can be tools for communicate to the other different people with any different background.

I was born in Iran on 1977; I completed my high school and bachelor in Law on 2005 in Iran. I have done my Master in Communication and Media Studies on 2011, Pune University in India. Then I got acceptance to PhD in same field on 2012
