This book is based upon a heartfelt desire to foster restorative justice in the building of more peaceful schools in African communities by encouraging the creation of environments that allow pupils to learn without fear of harsh punitive measures. Dr. Evernice Netsai Chiramba is an experienced and dedicated primary school teacher who served in the Zimbabwe Ministry of Primary and Secondary Education working in both rural and urban settings. She is passionate about non-violent methods of child discipline within school settings.
