Beschreibung
This book explains the influence of organizational culture, teacher's performance, and students' achievements in the over-all performance of tertiary institutions. Based on the results of the study, it is recommended to use the proposed monitoring framework in line with the evaluation criteria of the Accrediting Agency of Chartered Colleges and Universities in the Philippines (AACCUP). This will help maintain the Total Quality Standard (TQS) of different Tertiary Education Institutions which is the core of management aspect.

Dr. Emelyn R. Villanueva earned her BS Degree in Secondary Education Major in English and MA Education also major in English at Romblon State College (Now Romblon State University). She finished her PhD. in Education Management at Philippine Normal University. She is currently the Dean of the College of Education of Romblon State University.
