Sherwin Fraser M.Ed., is currently the Head of Department (Social- Studies) at President's College, Guyana. He is also a lecturer at the University of Guyana School of Education, Department of Curriculum and Instruction. Sherwin is a prolific writer and Special Education Needs specialist with vast experience in behaviour intervention programs.
