Beschreibung
The purpose of this research is to determine the efficacy of e-learning systems for higher education in order to present practical recommendations to establish and evaluate quality in e-learning systems. As a result of literature reviews, academic discussion (presentations), and the empirical evidences of analysis, a model for implementing and evaluating quality in e-learning systems is presented.
