Questionnaire is one of the most common tools of data collection in the researches in humanities and in some medical researches. Since designing questionnaires is a specialized and sophisticated activity which requires not only the specialized knowledge in humanities and medical sciences but also familiarity with research methodology, statistics, validation methods and other specialized knowledge. Therefore, the authors of this book aim at familiarizing the readers with questionnaire design, validation and related software.
