Beschreibung
This book aims to explore queer thinking and what new materialist feminism might offer the field of sexuality education. Establishing connections between previous queer studies and queer theories in education, Allen argues that queer theory in education might be queered further by extending itself to subjects beyond sexual and gender identities/issues. The author explores how queer thinking beyond education might be brought to bear on other important issues of social justice such as classroom cultural and religious diversity.
