Communication networks together with information technologies and telecommunication networks perform a nerve system for the life of human society. The technology for telecommunication and infor-mation transmission is being continuously enhanced. The volume of information streams is growing. Communication networks offer ser-vices to each economy branch, business subjects, governments and so-cial institutions and public. Therefore the high reliability of communi-cation networks is a very important part of every day´s life when they are implemented and operated, components are utilised and network services are applied.
